We are Mieke Verbijlen and Veronik Willems. Since the last month of 2008 we own a blue shop in Antwerp called Mieke Willems, that sells — as we like to put it — a collection of nice things: toys, mobiles, some vintage items, Korean stationary, Japanese textiles, Italian books, Russian pins, handmade pillows by At Swim-Two-Birds and a lot more.

Since the middle of 2009 you can also buy our products online. To cover the wrapping costs, which are not included in the shipping costs, the prices on the webshop can be slightly different from the prices in the shop.

We have the right to change the prices at any moment.
The prices are all in EURO and include 21% or 6% (for the books) VAT .

Payment

You can pay by paypal or banktransfer.

Shipping

We wrap the products with the greatest care. Most of the products can be shipped worldwide. The packages are sent by EMS taxipost and we use their shipping rates, which depend on weight and destination.
We can ship by registered mail on request and on your cost.

We are not responsible for custom taxes if orders are to be sent ouside the EU.

Guarantee and return

We hope you are happy with your mieke willems package. Though we try to make good pictures and describe the items as good as possible, colors can look different on different screens. In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges must be paid by the client.. Also, we are not responsible for a lost package when you send it back to us.

Privacy

When logging in as a new customer some personal information has to be given. We respect your privacy and will only use the information for processing and shipping your order. The information will in no case be shared with a third party.
